Commercial and Civil Litigation
A practical approach to resolution
Litigation is an expensive and time-consuming process. It is not a desired solution to a business problem. If a lawyer has a reputation of not preparing for or pursuing litigation, a desired resolution cannot be achieved. While a necessary evil, litigation creates finality.
A compromise or settlement is something no one enjoys, but all accept as a workable solution.
A lawyer must have a reputation and be ready to fully and diligently pursue all matters necessary to further the interests of the client.
